Payment Options
We accept paypal, money orders, and personal checks. All checks must clear before the animal will be shipped. Please e-mail with the gecko you are interested in. We will hold an animal for 30 days with a 20% non-refundable deposit. Payment plans will be considered for large purchases. Geckos will not be shipped until paid in full. We will hold paid geckos as long as needed when weather isn’t acceptable for shipping.
Shipping
Shipping is to the lower 48 states only. We will be using UPS next day air to ship. Shipping usually runs $45-$60 for a small box. I can give you a shipping quote with your zip code. Geckos will be shipped in a Styrofoam insulated box with heat/cold packs if needed. We will only be shipping 1-2 times a week. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I will only ship when temperatures are safe for the geckos. Orders over $600 will ship for free.
Guarantee
Buyer must be present and sign for delivery on 1st attempt or live arrival guarantee is not valid. We guarantee geckos are healthy and eating at the time of shipping. If there is a problem with your gecko, please contact us right away. Our guarantee will end 48 hours after delivery. Live arrival is guaranteed under normal circumstances.
Additional Info
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to purchase a gecko. We cannot be responsible for UPS related issues.
